Do
|
Do Not Attempt to load the trailer without the driver being in attendance and overseeing the operation. Attempt to load trailer until you have a visual of the driver Stand in between slab stacks when forklift truck is operating in or in the vicinity of the stack. Attempt to store slabs more than 8 tiers high unless specifically instructed to do so by TL. Put yourself in dangerous position at any time during the handling of slabs. Attempt to allow yourself to be carried on any slab during the moving of the cargo via a forklift truck. Leave timber/chocks in and around the storage/route area. Turn your back to a live load. |
